This page outlines the Special Sales Terms and Conditions that apply to our promotional events. These sales occur throughout the year in celebration of major holidays, including, but not limited to:

Our Special Sales are designed to celebrate these festive occasions with our valuable customers, providing opportunities to access exclusive offers, such as our Gift Card Win Promotion and future deals.
Each Special Sale event operates under specific rules, which are outlined here. The rules apply only during the specified sales period. Please note, these promotions and their rules are subject to change without notice, so ensure to review them during each event.

Gift Card Win Promotion
In our endeavor to bring joy to your shopping experience, we've introduced a unique Gift Card Win Promotion. The value of the gift card you win is based on your total purchase value. Here's how it works:
- A total purchase of $200 - $350 will earn you a $25 gift card.
- A total purchase of $351 - $500 will earn you a $50 gift card.
- A total purchase of $501 - $800 will earn you a $75 gift card.
- A total purchase of $801 - $1500 will earn you a $100 gift card.
- A total purchase of $1501 - $2500 will earn you a $150 gift card.
- A total purchase of $2501 or more will earn you a $200 gift card.
These gift cards have a set validity period of 60 days. The starting date will be clearly disclosed on each gift card.
To redeem your gift card, your purchase amount must be at least ten times the value of the gift card. For instance, to redeem a $25 gift card, your purchase must amount to a minimum of $250.
Should you wish to use your gift card on a lower-value purchase, you have the option to shift to a lower-value gift card bracket. The remainder will be transferred to a new card, valid for 90 days starting from the expiry date of your original gift card. This request must be made by contacting our support team at support@myprimefurniture.ca before making the purchase. We will then provide you with the revised gift cards.
Please note: This modification can only be made once. If the newly issued gift card is not fully utilized due to a similar scenario, the remaining balance on the card will be forfeited.
For example, if you have a $100 gift card (usable on a $1000 or more purchase), but you wish to make an $800 purchase, you can opt to use a $75 gift card instead. The remaining $25 will be issued as a new gift card, which can be used on a future purchase of $250 or more. This new card will be valid for 90 days following the expiry date of the original $100 gift card.
